3. Communications Consent

By submitting your name, phone number, or email address through any form on this website — including the Contact Us form, Visitor Registration forms, Exhibitor enquiry forms, and any exhibition-specific forms — you expressly consent to receive the following types of communications from Smart Expos & Fairs India Pvt Ltd:

  • Visitor confirmation messages and QR-code visitor passes
  • Exhibitor promotional offers and booking information

4. How to Opt Out

  • Reply STOP to any SMS or RCS message
  • Click Unsubscribe in any email
  • Email: office@smartexpos.in (Subject: UNSUBSCRIBE)
  • WhatsApp: Send STOP to the sender number

Opt-out requests will be processed within 7 working days. Transactional messages (such as confirmed visitor passes) may still be sent after opt-out if required.

5. Data Collection and Use

When you submit your details, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, designation, and city. This data is used to:

  • Send exhibition-related communications
